Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect from players in India and Nepal, why we collect it, who can see it and how long we keep it. It applies to the website, the PWA and the Android and iOS apps. By opening an account you agree to the processing described here; you can ask questions or make a request about your data at any time through 24/7 live chat or by e-mail to support@your-domain.
What we collect
At registration: the phone number or e-mail address you sign up with, the currency you choose (INR or NPR), your date of birth and, for social sign-up, the identifier your Google or Telegram account shares with us. During verification: the documents required by law and our licence, which for India means a PAN or Aadhaar card or passport plus a selfie, and for Nepal a citizenship card or passport plus a selfie. During play: your bets, game rounds, deposits, withdrawals, the payment identifiers you use (a UPI ID, wallet number or card's last digits) and the messages you exchange with support.
Technical data is collected automatically: IP address, device model and operating system, browser type, app version, approximate location derived from the IP, and cookies or similar identifiers that keep you logged in and remember settings such as odds format. We do not read the contents of your device beyond what the app needs to run.
Why we use it
We process this data to open and run your account, settle bets and game rounds, pay out withdrawals to the verified owner, meet the age, identity and anti-money-laundering obligations of our Curaçao licence, detect duplicate accounts and fraud, and keep the platform secure. Payment identifiers are used only to match a payout to the method used for the deposit. With your consent we also send promotional messages by SMS, e-mail or push notification; you can withdraw that consent in the account settings, and transactional messages (one-time codes, payout confirmations) continue regardless.
Who can see it
Access inside the company is limited to staff who need it for support, payments, verification or security. Outside the company we share data only with payment providers to process your deposit or withdrawal, with the identity-verification service that checks your documents, with game and odds providers to the extent needed to run a round or a bet, and with regulators or law-enforcement bodies where the law or our licence requires it. We do not sell player data, and marketing partners never receive your documents or payment details.
How long we keep it
Account and transaction records are kept for as long as the account is open and for the retention period required by our licence and anti-money-laundering rules after closure, usually five years. Verification documents are stored encrypted and deleted at the end of that period. Support chat logs are kept for a shorter time and used to resolve disputes. Marketing preferences are deleted as soon as you withdraw consent.
Your rights and how to use them
You can view and correct most of your profile data in the account settings. You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold, ask for corrections, object to marketing, or request deletion. Deletion requests are completed once the legal retention period has passed and no open balance, dispute or investigation remains. Requests go through live chat or support@your-domain, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Security and changes to this policy
Connections are encrypted, documents are stored separately from account data, and you can add two-factor authentication to the login process from the security settings. No system is risk-free, so keep your password private and tell us immediately if you notice access you did not make. We update this policy when our practices or the law change; the current version is always the one published on this page.
