Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every account opened on our site, in the PWA and in the Android and iOS apps, whether the account is held in INR or NPR. By registering you confirm that you have read them and that you are at least 18 years old. We operate under a Curaçao licence; we hold no Indian or Nepali national licence, and it is your responsibility to check whether online betting and casino play are permitted in your state or country before you open an account.

Account rules

One account per person, per IP address, per household and per device. The account is personal: you may not sell it, lend it or let someone else place bets from it. The currency (INR or NPR) is chosen once at registration and cannot be changed afterwards. Sign-up details must match the documents you later submit. Duplicate accounts are closed, and any bonus obtained through them is voided.

You are responsible for keeping the password and one-time codes private. If you suspect that someone else has logged in, change the password and contact live chat, which is open 24/7 in English and Hindi. We may suspend an account while we investigate unusual activity or a security concern.

Identity verification

We may ask for verification (KYC) at any time and always before the first withdrawal. For India this means a PAN or Aadhaar card or a passport plus a selfie; for Nepal a citizenship card or passport plus a selfie. Checks usually clear within 24 hours and up to 72 hours at peak. The name on a UPI ID, bank account, eSewa, Khalti or IME Pay wallet used for payouts must match the verified profile; payouts to third-party accounts are refused.

Deposits and withdrawals

We charge no fee on deposits or withdrawals; your bank, wallet provider or blockchain network may. Withdrawals return to the method used for the deposit where that is technically possible, and the minimum per request is ₹1,000 (NPR 1,000). While a bonus with unfinished wagering is active, a withdrawal request cancels that bonus, and during casino-bonus wagering a balance of at least 2× the bonus amount must remain for a withdrawal to be processed.

Bets and settlement

A bet is placed once it appears in "My bets" and cannot be cancelled by the player, except by using cash out where it is offered. Bets are settled on the official result of the governing body; markets on a match abandoned before its natural end are voided unless already decided. Bets accepted at a price that is clearly an error, or after the outcome was already known, may be voided with the stake returned. Cash out is settled at the amount shown when you confirm; if it is unavailable for technical reasons, the bet stands.

Casino games use certified random number generators or, for Aviator, Provably Fair verification. A round interrupted by a connection failure is completed on the server and settled on its outcome. Any use of software, bots, collusion or exploitation of a technical fault is a breach of these terms.

Bonus terms

Every promotion has its own terms, published on the relevant page: wagering requirement, deadline, minimum deposit and any cap. The only registration promo code is strategya, and we never run a standing no-deposit bonus. One welcome offer, sport or casino, may be chosen per person. Bonus money is not withdrawable until wagering is complete, and a breach of any bonus rule, including duplicate accounts or arbitrage betting, results in the bonus and any winnings from it being voided. Account closure, limits and changes

You may close your account at any time from the settings or through live chat, and you may set deposit limits, reality checks or a self-exclusion period from the responsible gaming tools; a self-exclusion cannot be lifted early. We may close an account for breach of these terms, with any real-money balance returned after verification. We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site, and continued use of the account after that counts as acceptance.
