Which cricket competitions we price

The IPL is the busiest two months of our year, and every one of its 70-plus matches gets the full market list. Around it we cover the ICC calendar (ODI World Cup, T20 World Cup, Champions Trophy, World Test Championship final), all bilateral Tests, ODIs and T20Is involving full members, and the franchise leagues: PSL, BBL, CPL, SA20, The Hundred and the Nepal Premier League. Domestic first-class and List A competitions appear with a shorter list of markets.

For players in Nepal the NPL and Nepal's own internationals are listed under the same rules as the IPL: match winner, totals and player markets pre-match, then live pricing through the innings. Women's internationals and the WPL are priced as well, usually with 100 to 200 markets on a broadcast game.

The main cricket markets explained

The match winner is the simplest: two prices, or three in a Test where the draw is live. Beyond it, the markets that carry the most turnover on our site during the IPL are top batter and top bowler for each side, total runs over or under a line for the match and for each innings, player runs lines, most sixes, the first-over total and the method of the next dismissal (caught, bowled, lbw, run out, stumped, other). Session runs on Tests split the day into three parts, each with its own line.

Popular cricket markets and when they settle
MarketWhat you pickSettlesTypical odds range

Top batterHighest scorer for one sideEnd of that innings3.00 – 15.00
Top bowlerMost wickets for one sideEnd of the opposing innings3.50 – 12.00
Innings total runsOver or under the lineEnd of the innings1.80 – 1.95 each side
Player runsOver or under a batter's lineWhen the batter is out or the innings ends1.75 – 2.00

Most sixesWhich team hits moreEnd of the match1.60 – 2.40

Player markets are voided if the player does not take part; a batter who is retired hurt is settled on the runs made. A match reduced by rain is settled under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern on the official result, and total-runs lines are voided if the scheduled overs are cut after the bet was placed. The full settlement rules are in the sport rules linked from the betslip.

IPL betting and what changes on match day

Pre-match IPL prices go up about a week before each game and tighten after the toss, when line-ups are confirmed. Choosing to bat first at Chepauk or field first at Wankhede shifts the match winner by 5 to 10 points on the decimal price, and top-batter markets are only settled once the eleven is known, so a bet on a player who is not in the XI is refunded.

During the game we reprice after every ball. Powerplay totals, the next-over total and the next-wicket method are the quick markets; innings totals and the match winner are the slower ones. Bet acceptance takes a few seconds in play, and if the price moves during that window, the slip asks you to accept the new price or cancel. The live betting page explains acceptance delays and streams in full.

Cash-out timing on T20 matches

Cash out is offered from the moment the bet is accepted until the market is closed for settlement. On a T20 the value swings fastest in the last five overs of the second innings; on a Test it moves mostly at session breaks. The amount on the button is the settled figure the moment you confirm it, and if cash out is unavailable for technical reasons the bet runs to the result.

Live odds and streams on cricket

Most international and franchise matches are open in play from the first ball, and selected events carry a live stream inside the match page for logged-in players with a funded account. The stream runs a few seconds behind the ground, so the odds react before the picture; we recommend treating the scoreboard, not the video, as the reference for a live bet. Ball-by-ball text commentary and the live score are shown on every match whether or not a stream is available.

Bonuses that work on cricket

Choose "sport" at registration and your first deposit of ₹300 (NPR 200) or more is matched at 125% up to ₹34,000 (NPR 46,000) if made within 7 days; after that the match is 100%. The bonus is wagered 5× on accumulators of at least 3 selections at odds 1.40 or higher within 30 days, and cricket legs count in full, so a three-leg IPL slip with match winner, top batter and an over/under line is a normal way to clear it. Full terms, including the promo code strategya, are on the welcome bonus page.

The risk-free single on selected cricket matches works differently: place a real-money single of ₹300 (NPR 500) or more at odds 2.0 or higher, pre-match or live, and if it loses, 100% of the stake returns as bonus up to ₹30,000 (NPR 40,000) within 24 hours of settlement. That bonus is wagered 5× on accumulators within 4 days, and you keep 2× the bonus amount on the balance while wagering.

How to place a cricket bet from India or Nepal

The process is identical on the website, the PWA and the Android or iOS app. The currency you choose at sign-up (INR or NPR) is fixed for the life of the account, so pick the one your payment wallet uses.

  • Open "Cricket" in the sport menu and pick the competition; matches starting soonest are listed first, with "Live" marked in red.
  • Tap a price to add it to the slip; add more legs for an accumulator, and from 4 legs at odds above 1.2 the express booster applies (up to ×1.2).
  • Type the stake, ₹10 minimum, and confirm; a funded balance is required, and deposits by UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, eSewa or Khalti credit instantly.
  • Track the bet in "My bets", where the cash-out value updates live until the market closes.

Tipsters, "fixed" matches and prediction apps

Every IPL season brings Telegram groups selling "confirmed" results and apps that claim to predict our odds. A cricket match is not decided in an app, and nobody outside the ground knows the result before it happens. Our odds move with public information (toss, pitch, line-ups, the live score), and anyone selling certainty is charging you for a guess. Bet only what you set aside for entertainment, and remember that we hold a Curaçao licence, not an Indian or Nepali one, so check your own state's or country's rules first.

Before the first over

Pick one competition you follow, start with singles on the match winner or an innings total, and only move to player markets once you have watched a few games settle. Fund the balance with money already earmarked for the season, verify the account early so payouts are not held, and use cash out as a tool rather than a habit. That is the sensible way into Mostbet cricket betting.

18+. Betting and casino games involve the risk of losing money and can become a habit. Decide on a budget in advance, play for entertainment only and stop when it stops being fun. Check the rules that apply in your state or country before you play.
