Responsible gaming
Betting and casino games are entertainment with a cost attached, the same way a cinema ticket or a cricket-stadium seat is. We want you to decide that cost before you play, not after. Every account on our site has a set of tools for that purpose — deposit limits, session limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion — and all of them are free, immediate and handled without questions. This page explains each tool, the 18+ rule, and where to find help if play has stopped being fun.
Age and local rules
Only adults may hold an account: 18+ everywhere we operate. We verify age during KYC with a PAN, Aadhaar or passport in India and a citizenship card or passport in Nepal, and an account belonging to a minor is closed with any balance returned to the source. We hold a Curaçao licence and no national licence in India or Nepal; the rules on online betting differ from one Indian state to another and between India and Nepal, so please check what applies where you live before you deposit. We cannot give legal advice.
Deposit limits
In the account settings you can cap deposits per day, per week or per month, in INR or NPR. A lower limit applies the moment you save it; a higher limit takes effect only after a 24-hour cooling period, so a decision made late at night cannot be undone in the same session. The limit counts every method equally — UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, bank or crypto — and the cashier refuses a payment that would breach it. We suggest a figure you would not miss if it were gone entirely.
Session limits and reality checks
A session limit logs you out after the number of minutes you set. A reality check is softer: every 30 or 60 minutes a panel appears with the time played, the total staked and the net result, and you choose whether to continue. Both matter most in fast games — Aviator settles a round every few seconds and a live Andar Bahar table deals 60–100 hands an hour — and we recommend setting at least one of them before opening those games.
Time-out and self-exclusion
A time-out closes the account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Self-exclusion is longer — 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanent — and cannot be lifted early by anyone, including our support. During either period you cannot log in, deposit or place a bet, promotional e-mails stop, and any pending withdrawal is still paid out. Both are requested in the account settings or through the 24/7 chat and are confirmed by e-mail; how to reach us is on the contact page. If you exclude yourself, we also recommend uninstalling the app and asking your bank or wallet provider to block gambling merchants.
Signs that play has stopped being entertainment
Betting more than the budget you set, borrowing to deposit, playing to make up for an earlier loss, hiding the time or money spent from family, or feeling restless when you cannot play — each of these is a reason to pause and use a time-out. Our tools work best before a problem grows; a deposit limit set on the day you open the account is easier to keep than one set after a bad month. The account section shows where each setting lives.
Where to find help
Support outside our site is free and confidential. In India, iCall (TISS) and the Vandrevala Foundation helpline offer counselling in English and Hindi, and Gamblers Anonymous India runs meetings in several cities. In Nepal, TPO Nepal and the Transcultural Psychosocial Organization provide mental-health counselling in Nepali and English. International services such as Gambling Therapy offer online support in multiple languages. Links to these organisations are in the footer of every page; our chat agents can also point you to them at any hour.
18+. Betting and casino games involve the risk of losing money and can become a habit. Decide on a budget in advance, play for entertainment only and stop when it stops being fun. Check the rules that apply in your state or country before you play.
